Title: Scientific Technician
Location: Knoxville, TN
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: $25.00 to $26.00 hourly
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Job Description:

• This is a 3rd shift role, 100% onsite (10pm- 6am)
• Performs specific procedures for the screening and controlling of material used in the processing, manufacture and distribution of blood and plasma products.
• Conducts complex, analytical or specialized testing, assuring all applicable regulatory authority requirements are met.
• Independently performs, interprets and troubleshoots laboratory procedures related to unit and/or donor suitability testing and other assays as required.
• Performs routine analytical testing using manual and automated methods and procedures.
