System Administrator

Experience: 

• Proven working experience in providing help desk support and system administration and server administration
• VMware, Citrix or other virtualization experience is a requirement
• Strong Microsoft Office skills along with server, desktop
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of workstation security, anti-malware, and imaging software
• Working knowledge of IT helpdesk ticketing software
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python
• Good troubleshooting and excellent customer support skills
• Experience with Cloud environments is a major plus
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting the infrastructure and determine root cause to resolve problems returning services to normal levels
• Develops, implements, and supports projects that satisfy a variety of user needs
• Maintaining system access and security for our network according to company policies

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent job experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
