Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to support Fortune 500 and 1000 customers, and to excel within a fantastic team. The M365 Architect position works with customers, management and peers to design, configure and implement Office 365 tenant, Exchange Online, Intune, Modern Management and communications services. Support includes specifications; installation, configuration and testing of services; establishing guidelines and standards; support of existing infrastructure and users, project support as directed, and other technical support functions. Training, mentorship, and other growth opportunities are a regular part of this role. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must

Responsibilities:

  • The M365 Architect will provide subject matter expertise in support of the O365 tenant, Exchange Online, Intune, and modern management. Must have enterprise customer project experience. To support this requirement, the role requires strong knowledge and expertise with designing and implementing the following technologies:
    • Office 365 Tenant
    • Modern Management within Intune
    • Mobile Device Management within Intune
    • Exchange Online

Qualifications:

  • 8 – 10 years' experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena
  • 8 – 10 years' experience with Office 365 migration and support of migration tasks
  • Experience with designing and implementing Office 365 tenant
  • Experience with designing and Implementing Mobile and device management within Intune
  • Experience in designing and implementing Exchange Online
  • Extensive experience performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Face-to-face customer engagement skills
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand
  • Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team
  • Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting
  • Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred Certifications:
    • MCSA: Office365
    • MCSE: Productivity
