Job Title: Sr. Project Manager, Infrastructure
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Hybrid
Duration: 6-12 months
Pay rate: 65 – 70/hr
Work Requirements: GC, US Citizen or authorized to work in US
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Infrastructure Project Management of large-scale IT operational projects from inception through completion.
- Will be required to coordinate cross-team efforts, manage business and IT expectations, scope definition, and scope management.
- Define, communicate, and present mitigation and risk plans to the executive committee.
- Budget validation, justification, approval, and reconciliation are a must. Communicate with senior management in the discussion and formal presentation format.
- The ability to define and drive project schedules, manage vendors, and align the project goals with IT strategic technology and process goals.
Required Skills
- 2-4 years of IT infrastructure Project Management experience
- PMO and large project ($1M+) experience is highly desired.
- Strong executive communication skills and the ability to balance project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks
- An understanding of agile/ scrum methodology.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Project or similar project management tool
- A good understanding of Enterprise Technologies and their application, excellent communication skills including but not limited to business presentations, issue resolution, and communicating the same message to large teams.
- HR skills include Team building, performance evaluations, coaching, performance & problem-solving.
- Lead by example within the IT Culture based environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
Desired Experience:
- PMP highly desired
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
