Income Verification Analyst (San Diego Area)
Support Large Enterprise Banking Company

Support Loan/Mortgage Underwriting and Processing Department.
Evaluate and analyze income documentation submitted for review and consideration. Enter data into the system of record. Any other tasks as requested or required within the scope of the department.

Additional Information: BA or BS degree and/or 1-2 years work experience in the financial services industry preferred. Requires knowledge and review of various taxable and non-taxable income documentation and sources, review and analysis of personal and business income tax returns and schedules. Proficiency in the use of M.S. Excel, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Understanding of taxable income events preferred. Previous mortgage processing or underwriting experience a plus but not required.
