Security Technician

Title: Lead Security Technician                                                   
Location: Panama City, FL
Duration: Contract to hire
Compensation: $26 – $35 (Based on Experience)
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Shift: Monday – Friday (7am – 4pm)
 
Skillset / Experience:

• The position is responsible for installation & servicing of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Intercom's, and other equipment primarily in schools in Panama City and surrounding areas usually within 30 miles.
• Knowledge of DSX/Panasonic I-Pro-S2 Security
• At least 5 years' experience required: working within the Electronic Security Industry.
• Access Control Systems – Experience with card readers, electric locking hardware, request to exit devices, keypads, access controllers, reader interfaces, I/O interfaces, door contacts, system software and cabling.
• Security Alarm Systems – Experience with alarm panels, keypads, door contacts, motion detectors, glass break detectors, sirens, cabling, programming, and connection to central stations.
• IP, NVR's, IP cameras, Ethernet switches, patch panels, surge protection, cabling, and Ethernet switches, patch panels, surge protection, cabling, and programming
• Working knowledge of network fundamentals.
