Software Developer

• Act as regional business analyst and technical lead, drive project efforts estimation, work to identify and mitigate risks.
• Identify general requirements from stakeholders; translate business analytics into high performing, enterprise level solutions.
• Evaluate and identify approaches to improve and/or streamline existing inefficient manual processes; identify software related issues in order to devise more efficient solution
• Stay abreast of current and emerging technological trends to propose solutions, technologies, or practices that might be of use to the organization.
• Analyze large volumes of data to produce a visual cohesive interpretation of such data to facilitate the decision-making process.
• Develop working relationship with various staff members to further improve collaboration across teams facilitating the development of projects
• Apply software design principles, code design standards, and key methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Lean.
• Drive increased efficiency across departments, eliminating duplications, leveraging product / technology reuse, and best practices.
• Facilitate project organization across the region, train staff on newly developed solutions, and deploy software deliverables.
• Participate in audit processes by gathering and providing data as needed or assisting by clarifying existing processes.
• Maintain, Enhance, and Support regional custom applications through constant evaluation to determine improvements from newly created requirements.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (with a focus on programming)
• 3+ years experience in Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Algorithm analysis, Design Patterns
• 3+ years experience in Web Frameworks (Angular JS, Angular 8+, ASP.NET MVC, Telerik Kendo UI)  
• Strong expertise C#, Visual Studio.
• Expertise writing high performing code according to modern industry standards.
• Expertise developing Multithreaded and asynchronous web applications and windows services.
• Strong verbal & written communication. Able to simplify complex ideas / questions / problems
• Ability to prioritize work without the need for constant direction
• Knowledge of Relational Database design.
• Expertise in Relational Database development using T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Table Value functions, SQL-CLR.
• Knowledge of Database security and administration.
• Expertise with test driven methodologies: such as Test-Driven-Design and Behaviour-Driven-Design.
• Expertise in Web Technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and ES6, Chrome Developer Tools, Web Debugging.
• Strong expertise designing RESTful APIs.
• Experience in leveraging Scrum / Agile tools such as Jira.
• Experience in all aspects of development cycle leveraging CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Git.
