Title: Project Manager, Packaging Solutions
Location: REMOTE
Duration: DIRECT HIRE
Compensation: $85,00/Annually

Project Manager to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team by acting as the
intermediary between the sales team, vendors, clients, and as the administrator of back-office functions.
The Project Manager will meticulously manage and deliver these objectives while surpassing customer expectations and delivering best-in-class service. Get in on the ground floor with this young, dynamic company experiencing hyper-growth in the C.P.G. & Cannabis packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills
  • Ensure accurate entering and management of vendor, customer data into back office ERP system (Netsuite)
  • Manage account receivables of customers and account payables of vendors
  • Track billing processes and update NetSuite
  • Management of outbound customer samples
  • Coordinate and track all logistics of orders
  • Coordinate and track timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Track customer orders through the entire sales cycle, through the delivery of final goods to the customer
  • Ensure timely updates and responses to all customer, vendor, and sales team inquiries
  • Proactively support the sales team and sales process
  • Provide client support by answering or referring inquiries to appropriate colleagues
  • Maintain an electronic folder of all client pricing proposals on the network
  • Communicate necessary information timely and accurately to all parties, including clients, back-office staff, sales team, and
  • vendors
  • Resolve issues or escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
  • Ensure that departmental training materials are current, effective, and utilized
  • Recommend and implement improvements in process and procedures
  • Develop and hone an understanding of the packaging industry and subject matter
  • Any additional functions of supporting the sales team that may arise as the business evolves

Skills and Competencies

  • 3 years of Project Management experience in the packaging industry is required
  • NetSuite experience is required (similar ERP system experience acceptable)
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • Keen ability to work both collaboratively with colleagues and partners, and autonomously as a motivated self starter
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and be able to multi-task
  • Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills
  • Take ownership of your work; follow-thru until final resolution
