Job Title: VP/Group Vertical Strategy Director (eCommerce, Lead Generation, Omnichannel)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced VP/Group Account Director with a focus on vertical expertise, such as eCommerce, Lead Generation, or Omnichannel Marketing.
This key leadership role will be responsible for managing a diverse team of account service professionals and overseeing up to $30 million in annual client budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage clients within a specific industry vertical, maintaining an in-depth understanding of the industry's nuances and trends.
  • Develop strategic digital marketing campaigns with clear KPIs related to ROAS, CAC, CPL, and CPS.
  • Collaborate with paid and organic channel specialists to scale budgets effectively and efficiently.
  • Deliver on client expectations and maintain a strong partnership by ensuring alignment with scopes of work.
  • Foster effective collaboration with creative teams to develop impactful, performance-driven creative strategies.
  • Manage, train, and mentor a team of up to six account service professionals, upholding high standards of performance to meet and exceed client and internal measurement goals.
  • Interface regularly with C-level executives, both internally and with clients, maintaining strong, productive relationships.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving aptitude and support your team and clients in overcoming challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing sizable budgets and delivering strong, measurable results.
  • Deep expertise in eCommerce, Lead Generation, or Omnichannel Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, and CPS.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of successful account management and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with a strong commitment to upholding high standards of performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to help others navigate challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable interfacing with C-level executives.
