Job Description: Provides administrative and clerical support. Performs duties such as handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel, and managing office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors, answers phones, and assists with public inquiries.
- Schedules meetings and maintains calendars for team members.
- Arranges travel plans and prepares documents for team members.
- Provides exceptional customer service to staff, visitors, and the public.
- Manages multiple projects with independence and organization.
- Updates website content and assists with special projects.
- Handles confidential information with diplomacy.
- Maintains accurate records, files, and correspondence.
- Assists in budget preparation and monitors expenses.
- Coordinates event planning and public notices.
- Interacts with various stakeholders and groups.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum three years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer software applications.
- Experience supporting executives preferred.
