Job Description: Provides administrative and clerical support. Performs duties such as handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel, and managing office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets visitors, answers phones, and assists with public inquiries.
  • Schedules meetings and maintains calendars for team members.
  • Arranges travel plans and prepares documents for team members.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to staff, visitors, and the public.
  • Manages multiple projects with independence and organization.
  • Updates website content and assists with special projects.
  • Handles confidential information with diplomacy.
  • Maintains accurate records, files, and correspondence.
  • Assists in budget preparation and monitors expenses.
  • Coordinates event planning and public notices.
  • Interacts with various stakeholders and groups.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum three years of administrative or clerical experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Experience supporting executives preferred.
