As a successful Principal Database Architect you will be the driving force behind strategic vision, operational excellence, and risk management. Your role encompasses formulating and implementing strategies, managing operational tasks and costs, leading projects and resources, and fostering customer satisfaction. What You Will Do

• Formulating and implementing strategies that elevate customer/user satisfaction within the Fintech sector.
• Leading and directing projects and resources to ensure successful outcomes that align with goals.
• Managing and overseeing the progress of significant projects and resources, contributing to the overall corporate environment.
• Evaluating progress and results, offering recommendations for procedural changes that resonate with the company's values.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering relationships with management, agencies, and customers that reflect the company's commitment to excellence.
• Applying advanced knowledge to complete complex projects in your field of expertise, aligned with innovation-driven ethos.
• Providing leadership through data assessment, analysis, and application of best practices, contributing to industry leadership.
• Collaborating with executives and directors to define organizational goals and strategic plans that support market-leading position.

What You Will Need To Have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information System (or related field) Or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years with PowerShell, Azure and MECM including utilization for periodic validation and discrepancy reporting.
• 2+ years working with Relational Databases such as (SQL Server).
• Experience with automation for testing, continuous integration, code coverage, and build processes.
• Strong background in SQL Server and other database systems, extending beyond conventional database roles.
• Proficiency in T-SQL, coupled with a solid grasp of scripting languages including PowerShell.
• Understanding of the crucial role of automation, demonstrated through handling complex tasks across large-scale environments.
• Experience with Unix/Linux, Windows and shell scripts.
• Able to work effectively under pressure, independently, and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision making.
