Business Operations Manager

Title: Business Operations Manager
Location– Boca Raton, FL (Onsite)
Salary– 150-200k

This is a role that requires you to wear multiple hats at once. You will work directly with our clients, organize internal activities, and translate client requirements into technical specifications.

Specific Responsibilities include:
§ Gather and document custom requirements for technology implementations
§ Project manage technology implementations, clearly communicate timelines and responsibilities, as well as support existing implementations across issues and new requirements
§ Manage project stakeholders and clearly communicate timelines, requirements, and gather requisite inputs across multiple different external systems
§ Confidently speak with clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and describe implementation timelines.
§ Understand and prioritize requirements against the broader set of company objectives

§ Sets long-term strategic technical direction for multiple teams, identifying areas of greatest need and creating a plan to address them.
§ Quickly breaks down complex problems into potential solutions and leads others to a resolution.
§ Takes responsibility for solving problems when faced with ambiguity and a quickly shifting environment
§ Has sharp attention to detail and is willing to dive deep to understand root cause analysis of potential issues and solutions
§ Clear communicator across multiple backgrounds (technical, non-technical) and has polish presenting to senior executives and / or large audiences
§ Highly organized and is able to provide regular project status updates to address project requirements, roadblocks, and / or changes to scope

Required Skills:
§ Bachelor's degree or higher with a focus in engineering, management consulting, or business operations.
§ At least 10+ years of professional working experience, with technology-focused or client-services experience preferred
§ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
