The Application Analyst will assist in providing support and expertise for the organization's enterprise applications i.e. ERP, CRM, Tax, MS Forms, MS Automate. This can include configuration, customization, installation, and maintenance of these applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving business and application related issues, and supporting end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support users through issue identification/resolution, business process improvements, application configurations, and customizations of enterprise applications i.e. SalesForce, Avalara, Infor.
  • Provide technical support and expertise for the organization's enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with end-users and other IT teams to identify and resolve application-related business issues.
  • Troubleshoot, identify root cause and recommend solution options.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on application support procedures i.e. configuration, maintenance and controls
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new enterprise applications and upgrades.
  • Analyze user needs and recommend enhancements to existing enterprise applications.
  • Participate in managing and monitoring system performance, capacity, and availability of enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business processes and how enterprise applications support these processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use of enterprise applications.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or related field
  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in enterprise application administration and support
  • Knowledge of systems configuration, and maintenance.
  • Experience in Salesforce, Avalara and/or Microsoft SharePoint, Apps and Automate is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution for enterprise applications
  • Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and web technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
