Job Description:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing the project of setting up the U.S. entity, including building a factory, selecting suppliers and ramping-up the operation. You will be responsible for supporting project teams in the U.S. and Germany, coordinating tasks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development within our organization.

Skillset / Experience:
Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior project managers.
Team Coordination: Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional project teams, ensuring everyone is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related materials.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues and work with senior project managers to develop mitigation strategies.
Quality Control: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
Resource Allocation: Assist in resource allocation, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.

Budget Tracking: Help in tracking project expenses against the budget and report on financial status regularly.
Client Communication: Maintain positive client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Reporting: Generate project status reports and present them to senior management and stakeholders as required.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools – JIRA is a plus
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Experience:
Entry-level position; previous internship or work experience in project management or a related field is a plus.
