INSPYR Solutions is looking for a Systems Administrator to work hybrid in Little Rock, AR. This position is for W2 only, no C2C.

Required Experience:
Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Administrator

Nice to have skills/experience:
VMWare experience
Cisco UCS
Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange
Ansible Tower

Responsibilities:
Manage team work order queue for user and group management
Manage team work order queue for Ansible Tower requests
Build and decommission Linux/Windows physical/virtual servers
Manage team incident queue for break/fix requests, system resource modifications, etc.
Perform in-place upgrades for Windows and Linux operating systems
Perform business analyst functions such as scheduling meetings, opening change requests, managing internal team activities
Assist with automation efforts
Red Hat Satellite Administration
Adhere to all company policies and compliance controls
Assist with documentation creation/modification as needed for process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc requests
Provide excellent customer service
Assist the IT Systems Administration supervisor as required
Provide weekly status reporting of work assigned
Knowledge sharing with other Systems Administrators
