Title: Mail Clerk
Location: Addison, TX
Duration: Contract to hire
Work Requirements: US Citizen (W2) – no 3rd party or sponsorship
Hours M-Thurs 6AM-4PM (I hour lunch break) Friday 7AM-11AM
Must be able to lift a max of 50 lbs. They will be moving around carts, use a pallet jack manual not electronic and on feet most of the day. Primarily will start with receiving mail and then once they start learning people then they will do mail runs.
When hired on full time they will drive company vehicle to post office as well as out to R3 in Lewisville. Must have a clean driving record and a valid Texas Driver's License.
Receives, opens and sorts all incoming mail. Registers all documents in the system. Organizes documents for imaging assembly process. Scans documents and cover sheets. Files and retrieves documents from case records. Pulls files as needed. Meets all performance requirements associated with incoming mail, filing, and imaging processes.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; one year of clerical experience; ability to sort, file, type and process material in an expeditious manner; experience using imaging equipment, a personal computer and other office equipment; ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
