As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the company’s operational processes and procedures. You will primarily be responsible as a liaison between clients and their current development projects. You will work internally with the development team to ensure that projects are meeting deliverables and deadlines while ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and improve overall business performance as it relates to clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of operational tasks, including but not limited to project management, process improvement, and team leadership. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our organization.
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, take initiative, and is interested in being a leader for the operations team internally. This person will also be a key liaison who will manage customer needs and expectations with tact and care.
- Project Management: Oversee projects, including their planning, execution, and completion, while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance the company's performance and achieve its goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the operations team, promoting a positive work culture and ensuring team members are aligned with the company's objectives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to make informed decisions and recommendations for process enhancements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and HR, to ensure the alignment of operational activities with overall business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business operations or a similar role, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
