Title: Telecom Engineer
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: Direct Hire
Schedule: Hybrd — 4 days on site, 1 day remote
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

The Telecom Engineer should have experience with:

• Unity for voicemail
• Contact Center – for call center and call recording
• Newer cloud vendor experience for large enterprise solutions
• Ring Central
• Genesis for call centers
• Telecom and cloud – CCaaS or UCaaS
• 10-15 years of experience
• Solid telecom background
• Partnering with Infrastructure Team – small, tight-knit group
• VMware is a nice-to-have
