Role: Helpdesk / Desktop Support Analyst
- Monitor / Manage FreshService Support Tickets
- Answer calls placed into the IT Support Number
- Provision / Deprovision User Accounts – On-Premise Active Directory / Azure Active Directory / Exchange On-Line Mailboxes
- Setup / Deploy New Hardware (Laptop / Desktops / Printers) – Must be familiar with Windows 10 & 11
- Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS Applications which include Office 365, OKTA, Jamf (MDM), NinjaOne, Splashtop, Crowdstrike, Salesforce, FIS GetPaid
