IT Support Analyst

Title: Helpdesk / Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Houston, TX (Greater Greenspoint) 
Duration: Contract 
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Role: Helpdesk / Desktop Support Analyst
Responsibilities:

1. Monitor / Manage FreshService Support Tickets
2. Answer calls placed into the IT Support Number
3. Provision / Deprovision User Accounts – On-Premise Active Directory / Azure Active Directory / Exchange On-Line Mailboxes
4. Setup / Deploy New Hardware (Laptop / Desktops / Printers) – Must be familiar with Windows 10 & 11
5. Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS Applications which include Office 365, OKTA, Jamf (MDM), NinjaOne, Splashtop, Crowdstrike, Salesforce, FIS GetPaid
