Title: Excel Specialist (Data Entry Specialist)
Location: Doral, FL (9850 NW 41st Suite 350)
Duration: 6 month contract to begin 
Compensation: 19 – 25 hr 
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Job Description: 

  • Perform data entry in Microsoft Excel.
  • Utilize functions like Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and IF Formulas.
  • Verify logistics costs, make payments, and settle based on contracts while minimizing unnecessary costs.
  • Examine compensation terms, limits, and exceptional clauses of insurance policies to mitigate risk factors and initiate insurance claims in case of accidents.
  • Manage logistics freight rates for shipping and warehousing vendors and insurers.
  • Analyze whether logistics costs are aligned with freight contracts and ensure accurate payments.
  • Check insurance policies related to logistics processes and manage necessary changes or notifications to insurers.
  • Analyze the impact of insurance changes on distribution costs.
  • Assess the security level of warehouses, shipping vendors, and other logistics entities to minimize risks such as theft and loss.
  • Participate in identifying the causes of logistics operational issues and propose optimal solutions.

Skillset / Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in logistics cost management and analysis.
  • Must be able to utilize functions like Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and IF Formulas.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies and claim procedures.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure contract compliance.
  • Analytical skills to assess insurance impacts on distribution costs.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Problem-solving skills to address logistics operational issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for coordinating with vendors and insurers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing logistics environments and regulations.
