Objective: The Senior Product Marketing Manager oversees the company's brand strategy and marketing plan. This role is responsible for managing marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts, ensuring productivity and adherence to budget, strategy, and brand guidelines.

 

  • Average Number of Active Customers: 5 carriers, ~5 Open Market Retailers, ~5 distributors
  • Number of Employees Supervised: 4

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing plan to drive optimal results against targets, within budget, timeline, and brand guidelines (Monthly – 10%).
  • Lead all marketing activities within the region including ATL & BTL initiatives: retail, trade, promotions, field force management, online & offline media buy, out-of-home, etc.
  • Support and advise sales/KAMs, marketing, and operations, and coordinate across local and in-country cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with sales to plan and implement seasonality promotions and spot promotions for Open Market Retailers & Carrier customers.
  • Manage budget/project proposals as the first approver for the marketing team and lead budget strategy, planning, and execution for marketing projects (Monthly – 10%).
  • Supervise the creation of all marketing materials to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Participate in Go-to-Market planning/implementation processes for flagship product launches.
  • Project management of marketing activities.
  • Agency management: develop project briefs and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met within guidelines.
  • Develop marketing presentations/reports for internal and external use.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise 4 individuals within the department.

 

Formal Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in the international sales and marketing field.

Specific Knowledge / Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Availability to travel and work extended hours.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP R3 System.
