Title: Lead Product Manager  
Location: Orlando, Fl  (Hybrid)
Compensation: $84- $88 an hour

Skillset / Experience:
The lead Product manager position will be focused on Personalization, delivering industry-leading, highly personalized, timely, and relevant content experiences via web and mobile applications.
They will lead the overall personalization platform roadmap, integration across products and capabilities, and long-term personalization program at scale.
They will work closely with operations, design, analytics, development, and executive teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality products
Position Responsibilities

  • Creates the vision, strategy, and roadmap for personalization across functional product areas.
    End-to-end ownership of personalization platform, including iterative building, integration, maintenance, and improvement across digital products.
  • Support digital teams in a data-informed way, using industry qualitative and quantitative research, documentation, reporting/analytics, project coordination, testing, and general coordination of feature launches/improvements.
  • Actively practices a hypothesis-driven and test measurement approach, while staying tuned into marketing technology trends and new emerging technologies (including customer data platforms, personalization/decisioning engines, A/B testing and experimentation, and machine learning).
    Champions the role of Product Owner with writing user stories, backlog refinement and prioritization, and user acceptance testing.
  • Works with development teams by ensuring they have a deep understanding of the product objectives and priority, and helping the teams translate the product concepts into user stories, epics, and other appropriate product documentation.
  • Mentors and guides less-experienced Product Managers to strengthen the team through demonstration of standard practices and quality examples.
  • Builds positive relationships with critical team members (fellow product managers, engineering, data, creative, pricing, revenue management, marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to build and lead scope expectations across product lines/destinations/brands to ensure a detailed experience across touch points and drive business strategy/prioritization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of dedicated involvement in personalization product management and 5-10 years of competence in digital product management, specializing in crafting seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficient in collaborating closely with engineering teams to construct and refine algorithms and data lakes, while remaining cognizant of inherent biases within datasets.
  • Expert in analytics, data management platforms, and segmentation engines, enhancing proficiency in driving targeted user experiences.
  • Seasoned Product Owner, adept at steering development teams towards delivering tangible business value, making use of insights from diverse collaborators and partners.
  • Advocate for elevating digital experiences, committed to championing the interests of Guests, and meticulously crafting exceptional digital interactions.
  • Exhibited strong analytical and quantitative competencies, using concrete data and metrics to validate assumptions and formulate project use cases.
  • Demonstrated a consistent track record of fostering effective communication and collaboration, yielding actionable outcomes, and fostering enduring relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in identifying, defining, and resolving technical, user, and business challenges within a dynamic interpersonal framework, adept at delving into details while maintaining a strategic outlook.
  • Proficient in crafting high-level, polished presentations suitable for executive audiences, with minimal oversight required.
  • Proficiency in Agile software development methodology, including experience with JIRA/Confluence tools.
