Compensation: $55K – 85K/yr.

We are looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator to champion the company at tradeshow and community engagement events to bridge the brand, products and services, and its customers by cultivating lasting connections to drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and reporting for tradeshow and community engagement events and execute at-event coordination.
  • Demonstrate the core values of empathy, agility, and innovation to create a competitive edge that differentiates the organization in the market.
  • Swiftly and proactively resolving concerns guides to minimize disruptions and demonstrate the organization's dedication to customer well-being.
  • Partner with the customer experience team to understand internal customers' vision and goals for engagement events and drive innovation with a deep commitment to service.
  • Assist with measuring and analyzing key performance metrics to ensure delivery of the promised exceptional customer experience.
  • Essential Functions Event Coordination and Execution – Assist with planning all aspects of external events (time, location, program, cost, goals, outcomes, personnel, programming, marketing, etc.) and work with internal teams to identify needed materials and coordinate logistics.
  • Travel to event locations and conduct setup and tear down of booths.
  • Lead, at-event programming and marketing and post-event communication and marketing.
  • Produce at-event video content for social platforms and work with social media coordinator to report on content.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify gaps in the brand experience and implement solutions to ensure a seamless and exceptional journey for all customer interactions, transactions, and engagements.
