Job Description

  • Provide first response/Level 1 Help Desk Support to guide and address various user problems.
  • Troubleshoot network, M365, operating system, and hardware problems, including printer, laptop, and desktop.
  • Coordinate end users to subject matter experts with administrative authority and correct authentication/access issues.
  • Manage asset returns and asset management.
  • Log all calls and keep accurate records of all information in a database.

Requirements

  • BA/BS diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT Help Desk and desktop/laptop support.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, and network.
  • A+ or Microsoft Certification is a plus.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized with good communication skills.
