Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Doral, FL
Duration: 6 month plus extensions
Compensation: 20-26hr.
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience:
In this role, you will support the current team at a large tech company in Miami by handling daily cash flow reporting, posting pre-prepared journal entries, and managing bank transfers. You will also oversee filing control, process inter-company netting payments, and assist with physical counts of assets. Additionally, you will help with sales tax filings, prepare reports for HQ, and complete government surveys as needed.

Required Skills:

  • 0-3 years of administrative, finance, or accounting experience
  • Must be proficient in excel and able to pass assessment
  • Must have completed Associates Degree or Bachelors and able to provide diploma
  • Onsite
