Title: Administrative Assistant 
Location: Jonesville Texas 75659
Duration: 6 month contract 
Compensation: $25-28/hr. 
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

  • 100% in office- Jonesville Texas 75659
  • Mon-Frid 8am- 5pm 
  • Weekly pay! 

Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include:

  • Word processing
  • Able to create/work in Excel – (budgeting season).
  • Keep office and break room supplied
  • Filing
  • Faxing
  • Answering phones
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Scheduling
  • Financial record keeping
  • Coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail
  • May work on special projects
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential
  • Familiarity with MS Office required
