Job Description:
Our Digital Office is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead the development of our Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). This role is crucial for defining, designing, and implementing a COE in an environment where our CRM is not being fully utilized. You will guide all functional teams in adopting Salesforce, providing insights to enhance their roles, and demonstrating the cross-functional benefits of optimized CRM use. Your responsibilities will include creating project charters to support Salesforce adoption and presenting the ROI of Salesforce to the organization, showing its revenue-generating value and potential for increased ROI with better utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
– Establish business objectives and a program charter aligning to the goal of increasing revenue and cross-sell opportunities.
– Conducting workshops and facilitating discussions on Salesforce product requirements, business process analysis and automation.
– Define and design the framework for the Salesforce COE tailored to our organization's needs.
– Analyze current Salesforce usage and identify areas for improvement to ensure full utilization.
– Assist all functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, etc.) in adopting Salesforce, highlighting specific benefits for each team.
– Provide insights to teams on how Salesforce can enhance their roles, such as using it as a data repository.
– Develop detailed project charters to support Salesforce adoption across functional teams.
– Demonstrate the cross-functional benefits of Salesforce utilization.
– Conduct thorough ROI analysis, demonstrating to the business how Salesforce generates revenue and projecting increased ROI with optimized use.
– Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce as needed.
– Provide training and ongoing support to end users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
– Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to high-level executives, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Establish and track key performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of Salesforce utilization and the COE's impact.
– Collaborate with customers to enhance their experience using the Salesforce portal, ensuring it meets their needs and improves satisfaction.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in implementing and managing Salesforce solutions.
– Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
– Experience in creating and managing project charters.
– Ability to perform detailed ROI analysis and present findings.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
– Bachelor's degree in a related field; Salesforce certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in leading a Salesforce COE or similar initiative.
– Knowledge of change management and adoption strategies.
– Familiarity with the specific needs of various functional teams within an organization.
– Experience working with customers to enhance their experience using the Salesforce portal.
