Position Summary:

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems configuration to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading complex projects and configuring enterprise systems, ensuring they meet our organizational needs and standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM), recruiting, benefits, payroll, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple configuration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
  • System Configuration: Configure and customize system modules, including HCM, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and integrations, to align with business requirements and optimize performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, IT, and external vendors, to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of system functionalities and configuration tools to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and enhance system capabilities.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and changes to ensure system integrity and facilitate future updates.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using configured systems and understand new functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record with at least 5-7 years of experience in system configuration, particularly within HCM, recruiting, benefits, and payroll domains.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in configuring and integrating enterprise systems, with a solid understanding of relevant software and tools.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships and driving collective success.
