Title: HR Coordinator/Workday Analyst
Location: Remote

Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $24-$27/hr W2
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US.

Key Points:
This is a junior-level role for an HR professional that wants to get into the technical aspect of Workday. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR work experience, with a familiarity in Workday.

Summary:
As a Workday Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing acquisition data, ensuring accurate and efficient HR processes, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and maintain new HR data into the Workday system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct regular audits of Workday data to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to analyze and manage HR data.
  • Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to support HR reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain HR data reports and dashboards within Workday.
  • Provide day-to-day support for the Workday system, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain Workday modules, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Assist with data migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Participate in Workday implementation and upgrade projects, providing functional expertise and support.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy regulations, and best practices.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while interfacing with different business units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on data management and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Workday and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
