Title: Sr. Risk and Controls Compliance Policy Writer (Financial Services)
Duration: Full-Time Direct Hire 
Location: Phoenix, Chicago, or San Fran *Must be onsite* 
Compensation: $95-110k per year 
Work Requirement: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Work with the stakeholders from across the group, our customer-base and third-party vendors/partners, to embed and enhance risk management and controls compliance for systems, application and infrastructure.
  • Writing, reviewing and documenting risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines spanning across several frameworks.
  • Managing and maintaining a documentation inventory using existing tool(s).
  • Assist in drafting responses to risk assessments and where appropriate, audit responses.
  • Advising on the implementation of risk controls, risk frameworks and alignment with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Assist in auditing controls across multiple frameworks to identify gaps.
  • Role requires a demonstrable track record in risk and controls technical writing and tooling.
  • Need significant, expert, professional experience in Risk Compliance with demonstrable expertise spanning several frameworks.
