Title: Sr Recruiter
Location: North Texas (Flowermound/Dallas)
Duration: 3 month contract to begin 
Compensation: 40-50 hr 
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Job Description: 
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to manage the recruitment for 6-10 diverse roles, ranging from Marketing Director to Call Center positions. This role involves developing internal HR best practices, building a knowledge repository, and establishing a strong foundation for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the recruitment process for various roles.
  • Establish and document internal HR best practices.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.
  • Enhance recruiting metrics for better measurement and improvement.
  • Guide leadership to rely on internal recruiting over external agencies.
  • Create and maintain interview questions, competencies lists, and hiring checklists.
  • Develop and promote the company's employer brand.
  • Manage and negotiate with recruitment vendors such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Assess contracts to avoid excessive fees.

Skillset / Experience: 

  • Extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in senior roles.
  • Proven ability to develop HR best practices and documented processes.
  • Strong background in proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to critically assess contracts and manage costs.
  • Demonstrated competence in creating value-added recruitment activities.
  • Experience in building and promoting employer branding.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to support a small team.
  • Flexibility to work remotely with occasional in-office presence in North Texas.
