Title: Accounting Clerk III 
Location: Tempe, AZ *Hybrid* Must be local to Tempe*
Duration: 3+ month contract 
Compensation: $20/hr 
Work Requirement: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in the U.S

Job Description: 

  • Performs daily accounting activities such as, maintenance of the general ledger and preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports.
  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Mandatory Requirements: 

  • Accounting Degree
  • OVS and Oracle Operational experience
  • GL Account Reconciliation
  • Accounting Journal Entries
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
