Title: Amazon Operations Coordinator 
Location: Glendale, CA or Orlando, FL 
Duration: 12 month contract 
Compensation: $25-28/hr
Work Requirement: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in the U.S

Job Description:

  • Manage key milestone calendar, ensuring requirements are met to support the delivery of our merchandise strategy for Amazon, and on time assortment upload for launch dates
  • Analyze sales to understand opportunities by franchise/category to drive productivity and efficiencies of SKUs
  • Partner with Buying, Merchandise Planning and Sourcing teams to support the Amazon assortment and strategy
  • Build and maintain quarterly assortment plans
  • Monitor and action on Amazon Seller Support issues, customer feedback/comments and returns
  • Participate in weekly cross functional meetings to drive the business forward

Basic Qualification:

  • 3 years experience
  • Manage day to day within Amazon Seller Central, including:
  • Item upload
  • Catalogue refinement
  • Item maintenance
  • Troubleshooting stranded inventory
  • Shipping process
  • Pricing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Amazon seller central

Required Education:

  • Bachelors, or equivalent work experience
