Title: Release Train Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Compensation: $60-$75/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.


  • Facilitate quarterly ART Retrospectives to enhance backlog management, sprint reviews, and overall ART coordination.
  • Actively participate in the RTE Community of Practice to promote alignment, share best practices, and enhance cross-team collaboration.
  • Coach the Agile release train on implementing Agile processes, practices, and mindset.
  • Deep understanding of Lean-Agile principles and practices.
  • Servant leadership style with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) in large organizations.
  • Previous experience as a RTE, Scrum Master, or Program Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.


  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) or other SAFe certifications preferred.
  • Experience managing technical implementations.
