Title: Project Manager (ERP/MIS Implementation)
Location: Hybrid Remote/Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 10-12 months
Compensation:
$65/hr – $85/hr

Summary:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing large-scale projects, with a particular focus on ERP/MIS software implementation. Your role will involve overseeing complex projects across multiple divisions, ensuring smooth workflows and anticipating potential challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP/MIS Implementation: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP/MIS software implementation projects. Utilize your extensive experience with such systems to navigate complexities and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential pitfalls and 'gotchas' inherent in large-scale projects. Develop mitigation strategies and proactive solutions to minimize risks and ensure project success.
  • Agile Backlog Management: Build and manage project backlogs using Agile methodologies. Prioritize tasks, streamline workflows, and maintain clear communication to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional teams. Coordinate activities, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders. Maintain open channels of communication to keep all parties informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in ERP/MIS software implementation or similar large-scale projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog building techniques.
  • Ability to foresee potential challenges and proactively address them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Experience implementing Avanti Slingshot or similar Print MIS solution preferred.
