Title: D365 Consultant
Duration: 4 months to start, extensions likely beyond

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with a strong background in managing customer journeys and executing large-scale email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation: Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, and customization to meet business needs.
  • Customer Journeys: Design and optimize customer journey workflows within Dynamics 365 CRM to enhance customer experiences and drive engagement.
  • Email Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage large-volume email campaigns using Dynamics 365 CRM and integrated marketing tools. Ensure effective delivery, high engagement rates, and compliance with email marketing best practices.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integration, data quality, and data migration processes. Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track the performance of customer journeys and email campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
  • The indicative high-level scope is as follows:
    • Implementation of Dynamics Microsoft Dynamics Customer Journeys, including configuration and architecture
    • Support in Data Load of 2.2 Million Contacts
    • Train / Support in the Creation Email only Journeys (Mass email)
    • Training and Enablement
    • Hypercare for a period of 60 days
