Title: Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Duration: Contract
Compensation: $65.00- 68.00 per hour 
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skills Required:
Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale IT operational fleet projects (shipboard) from inception through completion.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts and manage business and IT expectations.
• Define and manage project scope, budget validation, justification, approval, and reconciliation.
• Communicate with senior management in both discussion and formal presentation formats.
• Define and drive project schedules, manage vendors, and align project goals with IT strategic technology and process goals.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of project methodology.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar time tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Technologies and their application.
• Excellent communication skills, including business presentations, issue resolution, and communication with large teams.
• HR skills, including team building, performance evaluations, coaching, performance management, and problem-solving.
• Ability to lead by example within an IT culture-based environment.
• Ability to travel (40-50%).

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification (preferred but not required).
• Previous shipboard experience is a plus.
• Experience managing large, complex projects.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and issue resolution.
• Good communication skills, particularly in business presentations and addressing large audiences.
• HR skills, including team building, performance evaluations, coaching, performance management, and problem-solving.
