About this Featured Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented Product/Program Manager to enhance the online shopping experience for Apple Store Online website. This role focuses on the evolution of the buy flow shopping journey up until the checkout experience. You will play a key role in understanding our products and improving the overall shopping journey for customers.
The Opportunity for You:
In this role, you will collaborate with another Product/Program Manager on a new and exciting large scaled program. Alongside this new program, you will be supporting five different corporate initiatives that will impact and drive the success of this program.
Key Success Factors:

1. Product and Project/Program Manager Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale complex projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with product goals and timelines.
2. E-Commerce Expertise: Demonstrated experience with e-commerce sites, including understanding best practices for site design, functionality, and user engagement.
3. Communication Skills: Strong capability to communicate with leadership, synthesize complex information in a short period of time, and set clear expectations with execution teams.

Nice to Haves:

1. Marketing Background: Experience in or partnering with marketing to align product strategies with market needs and customer preferences.
2. Technical Expertise: Experience with complex projects involving APIs, backend feed complexities, and their impact on user experience. Proven ability to work cross functionally with other technical teams.
