Title: Desktop Support
Location: Onsite in Vienna, Virginia
Duration: 6 months with potential extension
Compensation: $20-35/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
 
Shift is regular business hours. Fully onsite 5 days a week in Vienna, Virginia.

o C-Suite experience

• Ability to work with other team members (Team first attitude)
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment

Technical Knowledge/Skills:
• Troubleshooting Skills – intermediate
• Oral/Written Communication Skills
• Ticketing System experience (ServiceNow)
• Windows 10/11 Experience

Experience with:
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
• Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Outlook, Teams
• HP, Canon, and Toshiba printer support

Nice to haves: A+ Certification, Windows 10/11 Certification, Citrix knowledge, awareness of the security of financial institutions, SCCM knowledge
