Title: AV Project Technician  
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $22 – $28 hour 
Work Requirement: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Skillset / Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial AV installation.
Proficiency in Crestron and/or AMX control systems.
Must be able to travel, this position is 60% travel.
Familiarity with DSP programming and audio calibration.
Extensive knowledge of industry-standard AV products and technologies.
Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Industry certifications such as AVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) are a plus.
Must have reliable travel.
