Title: Paralegal
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 
Duration: 1 Month+ Project 
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

• 100% In office 
• Mon- Fri 8am – 5pm  
• Start ASAP 

Responsibilities: 

• Provides assistance in preparing legal documents
• Performs routine legal research and compiles data from such references as digests, encyclopedias, practice manuals or other sources
• Prepares drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment, and related matters
• Maintains file system for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, ballots, shareholders' and directors' minutes and related memoranda
• Performs legal support assignments that are varied and more complex in character but usually involving relatively limited responsibilities
• Normal qualifications include an education minimum of two years formal legal training or equivalent

Qualifications:

• High attention to details
• Ability to work independently
• Familiar with Excel and Adobe Pro
