Role: Oracle EBS Developer
Location: Houston, TX 77002
Duration: 6+ months
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S
100% ONSITE

• Develop, test and deploy data conversion scripts and documentation in the Oracle EBS Finance and Projects modules. Collaborate with the business on data conversion needs.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written and ensure production and quality of applications meets specifications of operational schedules and business activities.
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
• Develop or modify application programs from detailed specifications.
• Code, test, debug, and document programs.
• Develop and maintain application interfaces, reports, conversion programs, and custom functionality.
• Identify conflicting business practices and integration issues, recommending alternative solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with technical support of Oracle eBusiness Systems R12, preferably in Oracle Finance and Projects modules
• 5+ years of Oracle database knowledge and programming experience with SQL, PL/SQL & XML is required
• 5+ years of programming in Oracle Apex (Application Express) is required.
• 3+ years of programming in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, jQuery, CSS and RESTful APIs is required.
• Experience with the backend table structures for any Oracle eBusiness system (on-premise) modules is required.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle tools: Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher etc is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with Linux, Unix, developing shell scripts is preferred.
• 4 years of experience within OAF Personalization is preferred.
• Experience working in a multi-developer, team environment is preferred.
