Title: RF Lab Manager

Basic qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience
• Has worked with engineers before (A person that can communicate with engineers at a high technical level/understands the language)
• Has worked in a "clean" and/or "lab" environment before
• Has a heightened sense of safety
  • Safety translates to equipment security
  • Safety translates to honoring EHS and facility requirements
• Has worked with RF equipment
  • Has managed calibration cycles
  • Knows RF equipment by name
• Proficient with computer systems, especially things that involve Tables and tickets
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Windows
• Linux – enough of an understanding that they are able to execute a solution if they were to Google how to resolve it.
  • Their systems are linux based including RF equipment
  • They're a user, not programming

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Keysight and Rohde & Schwarz specifically
  • Keysight and Rohde & Schwarz are leading manufacturers of test and measurement equipment used in RF (Radio Frequency) and wireless communications.
• Experience with common vendors: Mini-circuits, Pasternack, Mouser, etc.
• Knows RF equipment by spec
  • BNC versus SMA versus 2.92mm
