Duration: Fulltime / Permanent
Compensation: $110,000 – $135,000 + annual bonus

Job Description:
- We are seeking On-Site Technicians to provide 8×5 support for one of our customers located in the Jacksonville Florida area. This customer has multiple locations in the metropolitan area. The candidate must be able to function as a member of a staff team and be capable with Avaya Aura voice and/or current Avaya messaging solutions!
- You must have working knowledge of Avaya call distribution applications as well as understand the Avaya Call Management System application. Experience with networking and Switches and / or Routers is a plus.
- Avaya Credentials in Core Communications is expected. Progress to secure additional Avaya Credentials is required.
- The best candidates will show a history of continuing education and display a willingness to learn on their own without managerial direction.
- ACIS and ACSS for Communications Applications , Call Center Elite and working knowledge of Avaya Aura Experience Portal will make you the perfect fit.
- The On-Site Technician is responsible for all MACD work, application patching, providing Avaya knowledge to the customer when requested, giving technology counsel as the customer continues to make choices about evolving their voice solutions.
- Normal hours are from 8-5 M-F and may at times require after-hours work for special projects or solution maintenance.
- After-hours support is necessary if the site experiences any emergency outages. The Technician will be part of a rotational schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have an outstanding work ethic
- Active ACIS Cert
- Active ACSS Cert
- Ability to successfully support and juggle priorities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Windows operating system and associated software
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional appearance
- Excellent attendance and demonstrated history of being on time
- Ability to adapt and willingness to learn new things
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with members of the team and customer staff
Required education:
- Associate’s degree (will consider work experience in lieu of degree)
Required experience:
- At least 4 years working full-time in current Avaya Aura solutions (Release 8 and newer). Release 10 experience is highly desired.
