Title: Analyst, Data Integrity & Reporting
Compensation: $35.00-$38.45/hour
Location: Santa Monica, CA 90404 (May be requested to come in twice a month)                            
Duration: 12 months + contract (FTE CONVERSION POSSIBLE)

How we LEAD:
The Data Integrity & Reporting department, under the guidance of US Finance, is the backbone for ensuring reported and or published data, essential to our innovative strategies and applications, is verified and accurate.

We are seeking an Analyst to support the Director of Data Integrity & Reporting and Ringfence Project Manager. The individual will work collaboratively with US Finance and Rights team members to accomplish project benchmarks.

Job Description: Perform analyst duties within the Data Integrity & Reporting department. Responsible for working as a member of the Ringfence Project team to review repertoire for our Distributed Partners.  This role will work closely with US Finance, Global Royalties, Global Rights, Repertoire and metadata teams to verify repertoire ownership for our Distributed Partners. The individual will build and maintain momentum to work through metadata conflicts within and across company systems. Take lead and ownership of deadlines and goals as determined by the Ringfence Project Manager and Committee. Ability to effectively communicate as changes are needed to continue moving the project forward.

How you'll CREATE:
Under the direction of the Data Integrity & Reporting Director and Ringfence Project Manager, you will focus on the proper metadata tagging of US repertoire in agreement with repertoire rights

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ownership of Ringfence project as it pertains to US repertoire
  • Collaborate with various departments to accomplish company initiatives
  • Work with our Distributed Partner's metadata and rights teams
  • Perform duties as defined by the Ringfence Project Manager
  • Work with the Project Team as required to support and align US repertoire
  • Maintain communication with the Project Manager on status of US repertoire analysis
  • Manage teams within US finance to ensure proper metadata tagging in alignment with Ringfence results
  • Take lead on routine reporting and follow-up across multiple departments
  • Support the Director of Data Integrity & Reporting and the various reporting requests from the group

  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with MicroStrategy and BigQuery preferred
  • Great organizational skills to keep multiple priorities in motion
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent excel skills and familiarity with SQL script writing
  • Ability to prioritize changing targets and maintain project benchmarks
  • 5 years analyst experience preferred
  • Bachelor's or technical degree in Finance/Economics/Business/Analytics
