Title: IT Project Manager

Compensation: $125K-$140K

Job Description:  

  • The Implementation Project Manager serves as a critical liaison role between our clients and our technology teams.
  • The successful candidate will be a creative artist in the field, who will take on the management of key client implementation projects with the goal of delivering the project on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Successfully manage relationships as liaison with the client and all stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Train end users in a clinic or hospital setting
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Adhere to escalation protocols
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Qualifications:

  • Significant and proven educational background, preferably in the fields of healthcare, computer science or engineering
  • Proven 2-5 years' experience, working in project management in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, mobile apps and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in healthcare operations in a clinic or hospital setting preferred
  • Experience in implementing virtual health/telehealth platforms preferred
  • EMR integration experience or telehealth platforms preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus – or the ability to obtain within one year preferred
