Title: Project Analyst 
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months with potential for extension
Compensation: $33-53
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:
The Project Analyst III will contribute to large-scale projects, utilizing analytical skills to impact products. This role supports the Premier Partner Operations team by performing data labeling and analysis across Verified support queues. Verified is a subscription service for Creators and Businesses, offering benefits like account verification, protection, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert in labeling workflows and guidelines for assigned queues.
  • Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, and Engineering.
  • Perform quality audits, providing labeling metrics, supporting updates to policy guidelines, and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Escalate issues and share data to unblock operational obstacles, providing detailed documentation to cross-functional teams.
  • Understand and integrate changes to workflows, product features, and launches shared by cross-functional partners.

Skills:

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to label and annotate large datasets accurately.
  • Critical Analysis: Understanding complex policies, identifying patterns, and conducting root cause analyses.
  • Judgment: Making informed decisions when categorizing data.
  • Proficiency with Technology: Speed and efficiency in using tools and technology.
  • Following Standards: Ensuring accurate and complete labeling according to predefined standards.
  • Communication Skills: Effective in reporting findings and managing multiple projects and communication channels.
  • Training and Development: Willingness to maintain expertise and assist in training when needed.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Documentation, tracking, and data analysis experience.
  2. Project management experience with a data-driven focus.
  3. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Ad sales background.
  2. SQL or coding experience.

Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data-driven decision-making, and project work.
