Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) at either of these locations: Houston, TX, Austin, TX or Denver, CO
Duration: 12 month contract to hire 
Compensation: $70-$80/hr.

Job Description:
As a Manager, PMO BA, this resource will be focused on managing, implementing and standardizing the work of a Business Analyst across the organization. This role reports to the Director, IT PMO. They will work with the business analysts on each ERP system to drive process improvement and business transformation. They need to be able & willing to travel (up to ~30-45%) to sit shoulder-to-shoulder with company users and assist with the IT implementation and advancing to a more modern system. We're looking for someone with strong experience overseeing system implementations in the field service,
construction, or industrial space. This role is a leadership role within the company – leading a team of business analysts responsible for projects in the Finance organization. Additionally, you will provide essential support, leveraging your strong background in Microsoft Office, SmartSheet and other Project Management and Business Analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying project goals, needs, and scope. This includes planning, monitoring, and documenting tasks for the business.
  • Working with Data Analysts on determining the organizational value stream and tying that back to the developmental / data value stream.
  • Fostering effective communication with stakeholders concerning integration status. This should be someone who is patient and an excellent communicator to help ease fears that arise from the time the acquisition is announced, and the full ERP integration begins. They can't be looked at as a threat when they go in to discuss the current business processes.
  • Foreseeing and strategically eliminating blockers and potential risks.
  • Excessive monitoring may cause resentment among team members. If you don't have real-time updates on project progression, this will impede the ability to forecast timely completion.
  • Documenting each step of the integration process using various project management tools.
  • Catalog all systems that are being used in any function to run the business. This will assist in keeping our technology stack updated and will help remind us of systems that need to be addressed that will not be replaced during the ERP migration.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10+ years of PMO Leadership in areas like IT business analysis for financial system implementations and business field software.
  • Strong business analysis experience for ERP system implementations and business field software.
  • Previous experience in business transformation and process improvement focused projects.
  • Experience managing implementation projects in the field service, construction, or industrial space is preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft O365, Teams, and SmartSheet and the ability to provide advanced support in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information by leveraging a strong blend of business acumen, analytical prowess and technical expertise, in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Extremely likeable personality, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to foster collaboration, manage stakeholder expectations and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles and preferences
