Rate Range: $70- $88.50 /hr

DESCRIPTION:
This candidate will be working alongside our internal HR Product Services team supporting Core HCM business process enhancements, break/fix issues, and data maintenance. This role will require deep knowledge of manager and employee experiences in the system such as hires, job changes, work and home address changes, termination and off boarding processes. Work may include designing and enhancing Workday business processes to streamline experiences from Hire to Termination, evaluating impacts of Workday delivered features, supporting the maintenance of HR data structure such as supervisory organizations and locations, mass updates of setup data and worker data using EIBs, and more. The ideal candidate will be comfortable partnering with Product Owners and cross functional teams as well as customers for demos and proof of concepts. We work in an agile environment with the JIRA tool, and stories assigned to this candidate will support the HR business line in enterprise initiatives, which will involve gathering requirements, proposing design, completing configuration, writing and executing test scenarios, and consulting on change management and communication.

TOP 3 SKILLS:

1. 3-5 years proven experience with Workday HCM functional system administration, design, and configuration. Understand business requirements, configure Workday solution, demonstrate concepts and processes to business owners, assist in test scenario development and execution.
2. Testing of complex workflows and business rules with the ability to work independently. Experience troubleshooting and enhancing Workday HR business processes, integrations, reporting, and data loads.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members while working in a fast-paced Agile environment. Clear written and verbal communication, strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Research and resolve day-to-day Workday issues
– Consult with stakeholders to define problem statements
– Configure Workday solutions and demonstrate design options using prototyping.
-Orchestrate proof-of-concepts to assess the potential business value of new modules, tools, and technologies.
– Analyze Workday releases and provide recommendations, testing support, etc.
– You will help with testing front end designs as well as integrations/interfaces involving Workday.
– Support New Processes or process changes in Workday, make recommendations, come up with creative solutions and use Proof-of-concept and/or Documentation to share your ideas.
– Address any defects in terms of performance, scalability and error handling related to any Workday process.
– Translate business strategy into Workday specific solutions
– Document and share solutions with other team members for knowledge sharing and cross training
