Title: Coupa Administrator 
Location: 100% remote 
Duration: 3 month initial contract
Compensation: $70/hr – $75/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:

  • Provide Functional &Technical administration for Coupa Procure to Pay solution.
  • Manage and maintain the Coupa platform, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Configure workflows and business rules to automate procurement processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Coupa system.
  • Perform system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Provide ongoing support to internal users on Coupa functionality.
  • Troubleshoot user concerns involving data, process, configuration, or integration related issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review major release notes for Coupa releases and prepare us to incorporate new functionality into the instance and to communicate to stakeholders any changes as appropriate.
  • Work very closely with several key departments such as Finance & Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Information Technology.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant experience in a purchasing, sourcing, accounts payable, accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Coupa Administrator
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Enter text.
